Step into BODYCOMBAT ® In the course, you will exercise through boxing and kicking movements, and can burn up to 740 calories throughout the entire process. This course is inspired by martial arts movements and is a completely non-contact, easy to learn, high-volume training course. Coach Lai Mei will inspire you to keep challenging and give your all in every training session. During exercise, you will release yourself, feel relaxed, and feel like a champion. BODYCOMBAT's training courses are divided into three durations: 55 minutes, 45 minutes, and 30 minutes.
