BODYPUMP ® Suitable for people who want to quickly achieve slimming, firming, and bodybuilding effects.
By repeatedly lifting lightweight to medium weight, BODYPUMP can train your entire body and burn up to 430 calories. The coach will guide you through some scientifically proven effective training movements and techniques, providing you with motivation and encouragement, as well as rhythmic music to help you achieve results that cannot be achieved through solo training! After a class, not only will you feel exercised, but your emotions will also be mobilized, and you will look forward to accepting more challenges in the next class.
BODYPUMP's training courses are divided into three durations: 55 minutes, 45 minutes, and 30 minutes.
