Your access to the HKPD website operated by qszdq.com (collectively referred to as "this website"), use of its services, or making purchases constitutes your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions when using this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not use any part of this website. HKPD reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating these terms and conditions of use. I will participate in the workshop/course organized and hosted by HKPD, and I have read and understood this disclaimer, and I voluntarily agree to the following terms:

 

I am always responsible for my own safety and the safety of my personal belongings. I agree that if I am injured as a result of purchasing and using HKPD's online education courses, I will bear the consequences myself and will not hold HKPD liable for any responsibility.

 

I hereby solemnly declare that I am physically and mentally healthy and able to withstand the pressure brought by the intense classroom learning and practical operations during the workshop/course. I hereby fully exempt HKPD, its directors, employees, staff, assignees, and all affiliated organizations from any liability for any physical or mental harm that I may suffer during any workshop/course.

 

I understand and agree that participation in the workshop/course does not guarantee certification. The purpose of the workshop/course is to provide participants with the opportunity to apply the information of the registered courses to practical work.

 

I understand that photographs may be taken during the course, and I authorize HKPD to use these photographs at its discretion without prior consent from me.

 

 

You will receive instructions on how to redeem the digital course manual in the course confirmation email and/or course manual after checkout.

 

 

Course registration fees are non-refundable; if HKPD cancels a course for any reason, the full course fee will be refunded to the registrant.

 

To change your course registration, please submit an application via email or WhatsApp at least 30 days in advance. If the application is submitted less than 30 days before the course starts, a rescheduling fee of HK$500 will be charged.

 

Registrants may transfer their course registration to another person by paying a fee of US$500.
