BODYBALANCE ® It is a fitness course based on yoga movements, suitable for anyone to practice, which can effectively improve your physical and mental state and quality of life. In the BODYBALANCE course, accompanied by wonderful ethereal music, you can bend and stretch your body through a series of simple yoga movements. In addition, we also incorporated some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates into the movements. Breathing control is a part of all exercises. During the training process, coaches will provide beginners with various training difficulty options. Your entire body will be strengthened, and after the training, you will feel calm, focused, and happy both physically and mentally. The BODYBALANCE training course has three course hours to choose from: 55 minutes, 45 minutes, and 30 minutes.
